How the mobile applications published by One Shine Consultants (Private) Limited collect and use data.
Last updated: 19 August 2026 · Effective: 19 August 2026
Plain-English summary. Our apps are utility tools. They do not ask you to create an account and they do not collect your name, email or phone number. They do collect an advertising identifier, basic usage statistics and crash reports, and they show ads. That data goes to Google for analytics and advertising. You can reset or delete the advertising identifier, turn off ad personalization, and ask us to delete your data — all explained below.
This policy applies to the mobile applications published on Google Play by One Shine Consultants (Private) Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a private limited company incorporated in Pakistan under incorporation number 850410889, with its registered office at House No. 57, Block A-2, Planning & Development Society, 7 Km Canal, Lahore 54000, Pakistan.
It covers the following applications (each, an "App"):
Our Apps are general-purpose utility tools. They are not directed at children, do not require you to register an account, and do not require you to give us any information about your identity.
This policy does not apply to our website, which is covered by our separate Website Privacy Policy, nor to any third-party app or website you reach from an advertisement shown in our Apps.

The categories below use the same names as the Google Play Data Safety section, so that this policy and our Play Store listing describe the same thing.
We collect the Android Advertising ID (AAID), a resettable identifier provided by Google Play services, and app-instance identifiers generated by our analytics provider. We also process your IP address when the App communicates with our service providers. These are used to distinguish one device from another. They are not linked to your name or any account.
We collect app interactions — which screens you open, which features you use, how often and for how long the App is used, and whether an advertisement was displayed or tapped. This is aggregate usage measurement. We do not record the content you enter into the App.
We collect crash logs and diagnostics — technical information generated when the App stops unexpectedly or performs poorly, including the device model, operating system version, App version, memory state and the technical stack trace of the fault.
Our advertising and analytics providers derive an approximate location — typically country, region or city level — from your IP address. This is used to serve relevant advertising and to report usage by region. Our Apps do not request the Android location permission and do not collect precise GPS location.
Our Apps do not collect:
| Purpose | Data used | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Analytics | Advertising ID, app interactions, approximate location, diagnostics | Understanding which features are used so we can improve the App |
| Personalization | Advertising ID, app interactions | Remembering your in-app preferences and tailoring the content and advertising you see |
| Advertising or marketing | Advertising ID, approximate location, app interactions | Selecting, delivering and measuring the advertisements that fund the App |
| App functionality | Diagnostics, crash logs | Keeping the App stable and diagnosing faults |
| Fraud prevention and security | Advertising ID, IP address | Detecting invalid or fraudulent ad traffic and abuse |
We do not use this data to make automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you, and we do not attempt to identify you personally from it.
Our Apps include software development kits (SDKs) provided by third parties. These providers receive data directly from your device and process it under their own privacy policies:
| Provider | Service | Purpose | Their policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google LLC | Google AdMob | Serving and measuring advertisements | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google LLC | Google Analytics for Firebase | Usage analytics | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Google LLC | Firebase Crashlytics | Crash and stability reporting | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Google LLC | Google Play services | Core platform services and Advertising ID | policies.google.com/privacy |
Advertisements shown in our Apps may be supplied by advertisers through Google's network. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content of those advertisements or the privacy practices of the websites and apps they lead to.
If we add or remove an SDK, we will update this table and the "last updated" date.
The Advertising ID is designed to be under your control. On your Android device:
Menu names vary slightly between Android versions and manufacturers. Turning personalization off does not remove advertising from the App; it means the advertisements you see will be less relevant to you.
You can review and control how Google personalizes ads across its services at myadcenter.google.com.
If you use our Apps from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App presents a consent message the first time it runs, delivered through a Google-certified consent management platform. Through that message you can choose whether to allow personalized advertising and analytics.
You can change your choice at any time from the privacy or consent option in the App's settings menu. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
For the purposes of the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation, One Shine Consultants (Private) Limited is the data controller for data collected through the Apps, and the providers listed in section 6 act as controllers or processors in accordance with their own published terms.
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or of targeted advertising.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, sharing an advertising identifier with an advertising network for the purpose of personalized advertising may be treated as a "sale" or "share" under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, and as targeted advertising under other state laws.
To opt out, use the device-level controls described in section 7, decline personalized advertising in the App's consent screen where shown, or email us using the address in section 18 with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information". We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises these rights.
| Permission | Why |
|---|---|
| INTERNET | To load advertisements and send analytics and crash reports |
| ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE | To detect whether a network connection is available before making a request |
| com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID | To access the Advertising ID for advertising and analytics, as required on Android 13 and above |
| [Any other permission your app requests] | [Plain-English reason] |
Android will ask for your explicit approval before granting any runtime permission, and you can withdraw it later in your device settings. Some App features may not work if a permission is withdrawn.
Our Apps are not directed at children. They are not listed in the Google Play "Designed for Families" programme, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age, or under the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction where that is higher.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through one of our Apps, contact us using the details in section 18 and we will delete it.
| Data | Retained for |
|---|---|
| Analytics event data | Up to 14 months, then deleted automatically by our analytics provider |
| Crash reports and diagnostics | Up to 90 days |
| Advertising identifiers held by ad networks | As set out in the provider's own policy; reset or deleted immediately when you reset or delete your Advertising ID |
We do not maintain any database that links this data to your identity, because we never collect identity data in the first place.
You can remove the data associated with your device in any of these ways:
Because our Apps have no accounts, there is no account for us to delete. Where analytics data has already been irreversibly aggregated into statistical totals, it can no longer be traced back to a device and cannot be individually removed.
All data transmitted between our Apps and our service providers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We rely on the security infrastructure of Google Cloud and Google Play services for data at rest. We limit access to analytics dashboards to the personnel who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication.
No system is completely secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and, where required, affected users without undue delay.
We operate from Pakistan. The service providers listed in section 6 process data on servers located in the United States, the European Union and elsewhere. Where data originating in the EEA or UK is transferred outside those regions, our providers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us using the details in section 18.
Please note a practical limitation: because our Apps collect no identity data, we can only act on a request if you supply the Advertising ID of the device concerned. Without it we have no way to locate data relating to you, and we will tell you so rather than act on the wrong records.
We respond within 30 days and do not charge for a reasonable request. If you are in the EEA or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.
We may update this policy when our Apps change, when we add or remove an SDK, or when the law requires it. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Where a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will present a notice in the App. Continued use of an App after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
